Dieletric.xml file: put this file into \Documents\PROTECS\PNA4500 directory to show a Cable list for different Dieletricum.
You can add new cables in the file: change the number of cable into tab <NCABLE> and then add at the end of the file 
new tag <CABLExx value="LMR-1700" /> <VFxx value="0.89" /> with the Cable Name and Value.
